Welcome!
I'm Sam, a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I'm based in Vancouver, but my office is virtual so I'm able to work with clients all across British Columbia and beyond.
I work with women navigating IBS, SIBO, digestive discomfort, endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause — and I also support those who simply want to feel better day-to-day, increase energy, improve nutrition habits, and optimize their health.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and holistic. I consider digestion, hormones, inflammation, nervous system regulation, stress, sleep, nutrition patterns, and daily routines — because health is interconnected, and nutrition support is most effective when it reflects the whole picture.
I help you understand your symptoms, build confidence in what and how to eat, and create habits that feel achievable rather than overwhelming. My role isn’t to diagnose — it’s to support you with education, guidance, accountability, and a personalize path to symptom relief and healthier living.

I get it
As someone who personally understands the frustrations of dealing with a chronic illness, it's become my mission to help others who feel like they've fallen through the cracks of our healthcare system feel seen, heard, and get the help they need.
There is strong evidence on the role of nutrition in managing IBS, functional gut disorders, endometriosis, and PCOS. But, healing isn't a once sized fits all journey, and I believe it often requires a multi-disciplinary approach. That's why I collaborate with naturopaths, pelvic floor physiotherapists, massage therapists, and psychologists in your community, when needed.
I'd be honoured to be a part of your circle of care and work together to navigate your health journey.
