Hey There,
I'm Sam, a Registered Dietitian and 1 of only 14 Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioners in Canada.

I specialize in gut and hormonal health and have supported 500+ clients with conditions including IBS, IBD, reflux, celiac disease, endometriosis, PMDS, hypothyroidism, perimenopause, and menopause.
My approach combines nutrition education with behavior change coaching, because knowing what to do and actually doing it are different problems.
I take the guesswork out of nutrition and turn it into a simple, personalized plan you can actually follow.
