Hey There,

I'm Sam, a Registered Dietitian and 1 of only 14 Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioners in Canada.

​

I specialize in gut health and women's health because, more often than not, they overlap. Bloating, IBS, SIBO, and food sensitivities don't exist in isolation from hormones, inflammation, and the other things that make women's bodies complicated. My clients come to me with a primary concern, whether that's endometriosis, perimenopause, PCOS, or years of unexplained digestive symptoms, and leave with a clear picture of how it all connects.
