Endometriosis is a whole-body inflammatory and immune condition — not just painful periods.
The pain is real. The bloating, the fatigue, all your symptoms are real. But this doesn't have to be your story forever, you are not powerless. There might not be a cure but there are ways to reduce your symptoms and feel more like yourself again. You don't have to "just live with it" and there are more options that just birth control.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support for women with endometriosis — helping you feel seen, understood, and supported with a clear path forward. An integrative approach focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, stress management, and whole-body care.

What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining (endometrium) grows outside the uterus. Lesions develop and respond to hormonal changes throughout the menstrual cycle — which means they can swell, bleed, and trigger inflammation in places where that tissue doesn’t belong.

While endometriosis often affects the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes, it is not limited to reproductive organs. Lesions can also appear on the bowel, bladder, and other abdominal tissues, and in some cases even outside the pelvis.

This ongoing inflammation can lead to pelvic pain, digestive symptoms, pain with bowel movements or urination, bloating, fatigue, and fertility challenges. Symptoms often fluctuate with the menstrual cycle but may persist day to day as well.
